Since Blush Buffalo offers non-tangible irrevocable goods we DO NOT issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from our website.
Your purchase is for a digital product, and is deemed “used” after download or opening. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact blushbuffalo@gmail.com with your transaction/payment details and I will ensure you receive access to your product as quickly as possible. We do not provide refunds in this event, but we will ensure you receive the product downloads that purchased!
